How clients can
avail the services of HRCG :
[A] Send the requirements by an e-mail / fax/ courier
giving the positional requirements, clearly indicating expectations
of the candidates such as qualification, job location, experience,
age group, reporting structure, compensation offered, including
the minute details of perquisites & benefits, location from
where the candidate is to be hunted and other relevant informations.
Preferably the names of companies from where the specific candidates
are required, if the position is quite critical.
[B] E-mail / fax/ courier the relevant informations
of the company highlighting annual turnovers (previous, current
and forecasted for next five years), Profitability of Organization,
No. of people employed, products manufactured, market positions,
state of the art technology used, details of the manufacturing facilities,
details of the group companies and other relevant informations.
For IT / Software industry, to provide details of the projects currently
handled, expected in the future, current levels of skills available
with in the system, expansion plans, details of the countries operated
etc.
Professional Fees :
- HRCG charges fees only with clients. Absolutely
no money is charged to candidates whatsoever be the reason.
- Payment of professional fees to HRCG by clients
:- we have a well structured terms and conditions, which can be
obtained on request.
Few Guidelines to Clients
:
Please make sure you have the approval for any position
sourced for. The exact specification of the position, expectations
from the candidate etc are transparently spelt out. Also indicate
the process involved in recruitment with the time deadline, such
as by which date CV's are required, by which date preliminary and
final interviews are to be conducted, details of interviewers panel,
by which date offer need to be issued, by which date the candidate
needs to join etc. Please do not refer about the candidates to anybody
without checking with the candidate.
How candidates can avail
the services of HRCG :
Send a detailed RESUME - by email followed
by courier. Before preparing the RESUME, make sure all the relevant
details are spelt out, throughly. Affix at least 2 latest passport
size photographs.
[A] Provide all the necessary details that are required
to be incorporated in the bio-data such as date of birth, complete
residential address (both present and permanent) contact telephone
Nos (residence, office board with extn.no direct no.) cellular and
pager no. etc.
[B] Provide names of the companies worked with, exact
date of joining, designation on joining/ leaving, jobs handled on
joining / leaving, exposure gained and specific achievements in
that job. To furnish the exact specific details of the compensation
package component wise, perquisites and benefits enjoyed, and other
relevant details. Also indicate what is the realistic expectation
for the change of job, in terms of compensation package, role
and designation, location preferred and other relevant details.
Please mention specific references of names with their complete
address, telephone no. etc. Please do not hide or omit any Informations.
Your Educational details should be highlighted from SSLC onwards
with year of passing, marks and institutions studied.
Few Guidelines to Candidates:
Please approach the consultant only if you are really
seriously looking for change of job. Of course you can keep open
mind while looking for a job but be serious incase you are progressing.
Please get to know transparently the pluses and minuses of the organization,
job etc before accepting the same. Please provide complete details
of yourselves for a comfortable change. Not disclosing informations
will amount to dismissal of the job by any organization. You are
at liberty either to accept a job (or) reject. But once you take
the offer then whatever be the circumstances you should not go back
from taking up the job (compelling reasons arises are - wife/family
not willing change of job location, not appealing, current employer
not relieving etc etc). Therefore discuss with your family thoroughly,
get yourself convinced why you need a job change before even sending
your resume.
Please make sure you have one personal e-mail ID for all your correspondences
with us. If you do not have one create immediately. Our communications
to you will be through this e-mail ID. You need to browse your personal
e-mail ID at a very frequent intervals to know our communications.
